Gary Baker

Gary has accumulated over 35 years of experience in all aspects of Real Estate. He founded Baker and Cook Real Estate in the mid-1980s, transforming it into a leading agency in the Western Suburbs before moving to the Northern Territory.

After becoming a director/licensee at a medium-sized company, Gary returned to Sydney in 2002. Over the past twenty years, he co-established Raine & Horne Rouse Hill and then sold his interest in 2022.

In 2023, Gary joined Mark and Perminov Property, eagerly anticipating new challenges in the Real Estate Industry, be it commercial or residential sales and leasing, or other opportunities, irrespective of scale.
